AstraZeneca has promised to share its most up-to-date clinical data with the US's National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases after concerns the vaccine maker may have provided information that was not current.
Health officials in the United States are reviewing the shots to get approval for its use in the country and a report showed it was 79-percent effective.
In the United Kingdom where a part of its population has been inoculated with the AstraZeneca jab, the company said a study showed that the shots did not increase the risk of blood clots.

Al Jazeera’s Nadim Baba reports from London, the UK.
