Venezuela’s Guaido vows to challenge Maduro’s congress win

The United States, the European Union and a number of Latin American countries say they will not recognise the results of Venezuela's parliamentary election.
Allies of President Nicolas Maduro won the poll, which the opposition boycotted and voter turnout was low.
Opposition leader Juan Guaido has rejected the results and launched a referendum to counter the vote.
