Venezuela's opposition refuses to accept regional elections results

Venezuela's opposition is refusing to recognise the results of Sunday's regional elections.

Nicolas Maduro's ruling Socialist Party won 17 of the 23 governorships, a major surprise in a country experiencing food shortages and economic crisis.

Opposition leaders are calling for street protests unless there is a full recount.
