Vigils held in Brazil for people killed in police raids

Residents of one of Rio de Janeiro's biggest slums are mourning 19 victims of Thursday's police raid.
More than 70 people have been killed in three police operations in the past 14 months.
Police are accused of resorting to heavy-handed tactics to tackle gangs in low-income communities.
